Why NDAX?
Regulated & Canadian
NDAX is a Calgary-based digital asset platform focused on security, transparent fees, and regulatory compliance for Canadian users. The platform supports fiat (CAD) funding methods and an expanding list of listed assets.
Login & MFA
Two-factor authentication
Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for every account. NDAX supports authenticator apps and device-level protections — an essential step to protect funds and personal data from unauthorized access.
Quick safety checklist
Use a unique, strong password and a password manager.
Enable MFA and keep recovery methods secure.
Beware of phishing — always check the domain (ndax.io).
Confirm withdrawals by address whitelisting when possible.
Open the official site: https://ndax.io/en. Confirm the TLS lock (https) and domain name to avoid phishing clones. If you have bookmarks, use them — avoid links from untrusted messages.
2. Choose "Login"
Click the top-right "Login" link or go directly to /login. Enter your registered email and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, follow the secure reset flow.
3. Complete MFA
When prompted, complete the MFA step. We recommend authenticator apps (TOTP) for better security compared to SMS.
4. Account verification
If you are a new user, NDAX will require identity verification (KYC). Follow the verification documentation in the Support Center to complete identity checks for fiat funding and higher limits.
Useful supporting pages
Fees & Limits
Find up-to-date trading fees, deposit methods, and withdrawal fees on the NDAX fees page. Fee structures may change — check this page before executing large trades or withdrawals.
Security
NDAX publishes security and compliance practices on the security page including custodial practices, cold-storage strategies, and incident response details.
Legal & Agreements
Review the user agreement and privacy policy for details on account terms, dispute resolution, and regulatory registrations.
Best practices for everyday users
Passwords and managers
Create a unique password per site. Use a reputable password manager to generate and store complex passwords — this reduces risks from password reuse.
Phishing awareness
NDAX will never ask for your password via email. Always confirm links before clicking and validate the sender’s identity. When in doubt, visit the NDAX site directly rather than following emailed links.
Withdrawals & whitelisting
Use address whitelisting and small test withdrawals when sending assets to new addresses. This avoids mistakes and gives you control over large transfers.
